The recruiting collateral for Georgetown University’s Biotechnology Master’s Program was old. The department used generic loose-leaf flyers for several of its program’s components. It was fragmented, inconsistent, and hard to navigate through. It was also costly and a waste of paper. They needed a major update. I was initially brought on as a consultant but ultimately took on the project completely—rethinking, rebuilding, and redesigning the program’s collateral.
