THE PROBLEM:

Spine Health Functional Therapies better known as SHFT is a chiropractic practice based in San Francisco and led by Dr. Joseph Jayme. SHFT needed help branding and messaging. It’s a b2c company whose primary goal is to service patients. The startup is centered in chiropractic care but also incorporates modern fitness-based modalities that really sets it apart. SHFT wanted a look that could fit into the tech market of San Francisco.

THE SOLUTION:

I wanted to achieve a look that was modern enough to live in an app but also be different from “traditional” medical practices. I created a brand and messaging that supported the company’s core objectives: “Moving Healthy Communities, Inside Out.” From there, I designed collateral for SHFT including business cards, uniforms, promotional items, presentation decks, and a brand guide. In addition, I helped address SHFT’s infrastructure and back-end needs by building a responsive company website on a drag-and-drop platform.

SHFT team members continue to edit and grow the website with minimal design experience and build a social media following using the brand. The website, www.shftmovement.com functions as a brochure site, a touchpoint for lead generation, and a community hub for all of its patients.
